New Wolf Parade

Montreal-based Wolf Parade recently released their second album on Sub Pop called At Mount Zoomer. Does it live up to the promise of oh-5's Apologies To The Queen Mary? Sort of. Rooted in a broad musical canvas of prog-rock-art-math that reminds me of Television, Roxy and Bowie, the band's latest is a collection of often dark rawkness that looks to the future more than it begs on the past.
