Who Are Modern Mothers?

Some of you may remember those power pop punksters from Philly called The Interpreters who ran these streets during the sort of mid-to-late Nineties until they imploded due to hype or weird label stuff and probably a little bit too much indulgence in the hedonist ways of the rock. I don't know for sure what happened, but what I do know was that I was a big fan. And while I forgive them for playing the Republican National Convention in 2000, rumor has it that a couple of them have started a new joint, Modern Mothers. Their web site is pretty cryptic; some old photographs that you move around to reveal a collection of songs that you can download with an interesting sort of T. Rex, glam vibe. More to follow, I am sure.
